There is some oxidation on some of the metal parts (the anvils and the canon), and some of the wood looks slightly discolored (pictures 1-7). There is wear on the box. Other than that, the set hasnt been fully opened and the set hasnt been put together. One of the blocks of wood was taken out of the box by lifting up the plastic edge slightly, and the wood seems hard and sturdy and not brittle.
